Gather
Gather your Recall Team and choose a material to perform the mock recall on. Confirm the contact information for critical individuals/entities that would need to be contacted during a recall event.
Perform
Perform a traceability exercise on the chosen material to collect the necessary recall information. Determine the control methods and disposition of the materials impacted by the mock recall exercise.
Document
Document the results and corrective actions (if necessary) of the mock recall exercise
Instructions for using your batch record form:
Document
Document the date, product name, quantity produced, and lot code of the production batch.
Document
Document the name, lot code, and quantity of each ingredient or material used in the production batch.
Utilize
Use this form for each production batch and maintain the completed forms with your traceability records.
