2026 Biennial FDA Registration Renewal Reminder

Are you responsible for the FDA registration for your food facility? Remember to renew your FDA registration during the period of October 1st to December 31st 2026.

The FDA advises that updating your registration is NOT the same as renewing your registration.

If you fail to follow the steps the FDA provides to renew your registration, the FDA will remove the FDA registration from your account after December 31st 2026.

If you are required to register with the FDA, your food facility you must do so before your facility starts manufacturing/ processing, packing or holding operations.

There is no fee to the FDA for registration or renewal.
