- A Kellerman Consulting team member reached out to McElroy Packaging to gather information about McElroy Packaging’s specific processes and procedures.
GMP Program Development
- The Kellerman Consulting Food Safety & Quality Consultant created a GMP certification program tailored to fit with McElroy Packaging’s business. The consultant incorporated McElroy Packaging’s existing documentation into the GMP certification program.Â
- Kellerman Consulting provided McElroy Packaging with the following programs to help McElroy Packaging prepare for and pass their GMP certification audit: HACCP and Operations documentation, Food Defense and Food Fraud Prevention Programs, Food Safety Training Programs, Quality Programs, Supplier Programs, Recall and Traceability Procedures, Shipping and Receiving Programs, Sanitation, Calibration, and Maintenance Programs, Organization and Management Programs.
GMP Program Implementation
- The Kellerman Consulting GMP consultant structured implementation to help McElroy Packaging meet their audit timeline goal.
- The Kellerman Consulting GMP consultant revised McElroy Packaging’s GMP program during the process of implementation and customized the program to their specific processes and procedures.
GMP Certification Audit Preparation and Support
- An onsite visit was conducted to complete a full in-person internal audit of the GMP program and to check again for any facility concerns or recommendations.Â
- Findings from the Internal Audit helped guide final efforts to prepare for the GMP audit and close all identified gaps in the program.Â
- During the audit, our GMP consultant was available to offer support and then she helped close out the corrective actions and a GMP certificate was issued by the certifying body.Â
