The Overview:
- The owner of Kenrich Foods/River Valley Cold Storage and the General Manager of both companies were highly involved in collaborating with Kellerman Consulting during implementation of their GDP program.
- Kellerman Consulting helped by writing and implementing their HACCP Programs, Food Defense and Food Fraud Prevention Programs, Food Safety Training Programs, Quality Programs, Supplier Programs, Recall and Traceability Programs, Shipping and Receiving Programs, Housekeeping, Calibration, and Maintenance Programs, as well as, Organization and Management Programs.
- Kellerman Consulting also completed their GDP internal audit, and helped Kenrich Foods/River Valley Cold Storage correct all issues identified during the internal audit prior to their GDP certification audit.
- Following the successful implementation process, a perfect audit score was achieved.
