With the support of Kellerman Consulting, SenSource Global Sourcing passed their ISO 9001:2015 certification audit.Â

Our Process
Intake Process and ISO 9001:2015 Gap Assessment
- S.O.Ps and a solid description of SenSource Global Sourcing’s operational processes were provided to Kellerman Consulting to help provide the foundation for the ISO program.
ISO Program Development
- Tailored documents to meet ISO standards were created and released to the client within 6 weeks.
- Documents were further customized to the client’s operation during implementation calls leading up to the audits.Â
Implementation
- Implementation calls were held weekly with the site’s Compliance Analyst & Project Assistant, as well as additional members of the team to review, explain, and tailor each program to fit their needs and operations.
Audit Preparation
- Site visits were completed and a full internal audit of the ISO program was conducted.
- Findings from the Internal Audit helped guide final efforts to prepare for the ISO certification stage 1 and 2 audits and close identified gaps in the program.Â
- SenSource Global Sourcing passed a stage 2 audit very quickly after their stage 1 audit, with only 2 minor non-conformances noted.
ISO Audit Support
- During the audit, our consultant was available to offer support, but the team at the custom engineered components sourcing company was fully prepared and passed the ISO certification audit successfully on the first try.
